Dr Izleen is currently undergoing training to become a psychiatrist. She believes in upholding values that allow her to live a more authentic life. She has a keen interest in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and has noticed a positive difference in her own life after incorporating the skills learned from this therapy. Her aspiration is to inspire others to live a more fulfilling life.
